Constitution & Rule of Law

The Con­sti­tu­tional Lit­i­ga­tion Unit of the LRC has been at the fore­front of the con­tro­versy sur­round­ing the Con­sti­tu­tion Four­teenth Amend­ment Bill and the Supe­rior Courts Bill, and the ongo­ing debate regard­ing judi­cial reform and inde­pen­dence in South Africa. As a ser­vice to civil soci­ety and the pub­lic in gen­eral, the CLU has pre­pared this cat­e­gorised index and online repos­i­tory of rel­e­vant mate­ri­als in its pos­ses­sion.
