The Legal Resources Centre (LRC) is proud to announce the launch of Legal Resources Radio, a podcast series dedicated to exploring critical intersections between law, social justice, and human rights. With each episode, the LRC will engage with esteemed experts, advocates, and thought leaders to address pressing societal challenges and provoke thoughtful discourse.
Legal Resources Radio provides an engaging platform to explore pivotal topics, including:

Through compelling narratives and expert insights, the series seeks to inform, inspire, and empower listeners, highlighting the law’s critical role in advancing equality and upholding human dignity.
The podcast is hosted by Kimal Daniel Harvey, Candidate Attorney at the LRC, who brings a unique perspective and expertise to each episode, facilitating thought-provoking discussions with a range of distinguished guests.
The first episode features Karyn Maughan, an esteemed South African journalist and thought leader in legal journalism who discusses the impact of online harassment and disinformation on democracy, media freedom, and human rights. Maughan draws from her professional experiences, providing actionable insights into addressing these critical challenges in the digital age. Additionally, she discusses her recently released book, I Will Not Be Silenced.
